  Elías Esparza, Technician

  In his 34 years working for Waste Management, Elías has worn a lot   of hats: driver, "tire man" and technician in our maintenance shop.   He is the employee with the longest tenure at WMSD. Elías' positive   attitude and friendly demeanor have earned him admiration among   his co-workers and his dedication to the company and his   professionalism in completing his work have garnered the respect of all Waste Management employees and customers he has encountered during the last 34 years.
