For those customers billed directly by Waste Management, bills may be paid in person at this location (please do not mail bills to this address).  Lobby hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The customer service center is open Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m.

Pay Bills Online

For those customers billed by Waste Management, the company's WM ezPay online billing offers you the ability to receive and view invoices online, set up automatic payments and securely store account and credit card information so you can easily pay your Waste Management bills with only a few clicks of your mouse.

To use online billing, you must first enroll - all you need is a recent Waste Management invoice, current email address and a few minutes to complete the online enrollment screens.  Get started here.
